Title: Kaizen Foam issue
Post by: dailyxe on September 05, 2018, 08:35:00 PM
Purchased several thicknesses of Kaizen foam and when peeling back layers, the bottom is very rough.  Not what I expected, at all.  I expected that once you made the cuts you could easily separate the layers and always have a smooth bottom to your cut-out.  Is this normal?  If it is, I'm very disappointed in the product.

So sorry you are frustrated.  On our website, there are many videos showing how to combat this problem (go to the video tab).  Some use heated items to make the hole smooth (we sell the Kaizen Foam Hot Knife).  Some put the top layer back into the hole to make it smooth. Most folk really don't care.
