Perhaps you should move this to the "General" section for others to respond?

Ask FastCap / Re: Acceptable fasteners for Stealth SpeedBrace
« on: January 18, 2019, 08:41:59 AM »
Sorry about that.  We will work to get this information online. The braces are designed to be mounted with either Fastcap’s Powerhead *s, or with conventional bugle-head or drywall *s. You just need any * with a head size greater than ¼” (so I would NOT try using a trim * or the like). The shank and thread specifications do not matter too much. The *s simply need to hold the brace in place so it does not slide in the x/y direction, and so that it stays where it should be during counter installation. Once the counter is positioned over the brace, the weight of the countertop will be holding the backside of the speed brace (inside the pony wall), and the countertop has more weight NOT overhanging than it will overhang, so essentially the weight of the countertop itself will provide the downforce needed to keep the brace secure, so that the extended part acts as a perfect steel backer for the overhanging countertop.

Unfortunately we do not have nylon or uhmw plastic caps available at this time. Our stock caps are made from PVC if that kind of plastic will work for your application. https://www.fastcap.com/product/fastcap-peel-and-stick-cover-caps

Sorry, we don't have any distributors in Vietnam.  Our closest is Japan.  Here is a link to our international distributors. http://ow.ly/mnj930gfEea  You can order directly from us as long as you pay for the freight and prepay orders by bank wire. Contact Brady (brady@fastcap.com) if interested.

I'd go for what you would enjoy the best, not the current trend.  But if you must, ask a local contractor.

Ask FastCap / Re: Kaizen Foam issue
« on: September 06, 2018, 11:08:45 AM »
So sorry you are frustrated.  On our website, there are many videos showing how to combat this problem (go to the video tab).  Some use heated items to make the hole smooth (we sell the Kaizen Foam Hot Knife).  Some put the top layer back into the hole to make it smooth. Most folk really don't care. https://www.fastcap.com/product/kaizen-foam

We want you to be happy.  Please contact Sandi (sandi@fastcap.com or 888-443-3748) if you need additional *istance or want a refund.
